Flamingo Estates took bright Guajillo Chiles grown by women-owned Boonville Barn Collective in Mendocino County, and slowly infused them in our Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil, grown and pressed in Ojai, CA.
The result is a limited-edition Olive Oil that blends the deeply fruity, savory heat of the Chiles, with the rich, peppery greenness of the Oil. A smoking hot kick full of vibrancy, it packs layers of flavor and elevates any dish—like spaghetti aglio olio, crudo, or a crispy-edged fried egg.
Ruby-red and alive with flavor, this elixir is one of our most requested seasonal offerings. Drizzle liberally, and bring on the heat.

This year we partnered with the Mendocino Renegade-certified farm to plant an additional 1,000 lbs of Chiles. Every Chile is grown regeneratively, then hand-harvested, dried, and ground into farm-to-jar spice that supports soil health, biodiversity, and the local community.
Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grown on a multi-generational family farm working with organic, sustainable, and biodynamic principles. Olives are hand-selected at peak ripeness and pressed immediately, with pressing paste returned to the soil as compost tea.
Shipping + Returns
All returns need to be made within 10 days of delivery or purchase.
Customers will be refunded to their original form of payment or can recieve a store credit.
original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A returns will incur a flat $10 return shipping fee per package that will be deducted from any refund or store credit.
The return needs to be unused , tags attached and in the original packaging it was sent in. Please insure the return is packaged securely as we are not responsible for returns that arrive damaged. We have the right to deny a return if it does not meet our return requirements.
