The linocut print collection is made entirely by hand in Tucson. Scout begins the process by carving my design into multiple linoleum blocks and then mix oil-based printmaking inks to create her desired color palette. She then preps her paper and pull each print by hand without a press. Each design is printed on a delicately textured mulberry paper from Thailand, and has roughly 3-4 hand blended colors layered onto it. Each print is numbered, titled, signed, and comes professionally matted. They all fit into standard sized frames.
