These Ciela Bubble Utility Pants from Citizens of Humanity are crafted from a lightweight, non-stretch weave with a 100% cotton composition. They feature elasticated cuffs for a cuffed look and a fly front with hook-and-eye closures at the waist and zip fly. Practicality meets style with slant hip pockets, patch back pockets, and additional cargo pockets.
